A change of server is/has taken place, should be up and running now or very very soon. Wink

SAS is still online.
Test here:Down for everyone, or is it just me?

If you're getting an error message report it in full, vague descriptions help no one

Missed this post earlier, it can take up to 72 hours for the DNS to propagate.

I notice most of the IP addresses of members who cannot access SAS fall in the 72.0.0.0 -79.0.0.0 range so this explanation would fit.

If you're really desperate for your SAS fix you could try a proxy server

I'm so happy to hear others suffer as well! I had only checked this post twice, and was just sure my PC was infected with a Anti-SAS virus and I was screwed. I went as far as to get tech support through my cable company [Internet Provider] It was pinging 4 out of 4 with 0% loss. Turned all firewalls off, nothing works, doomed to suffer severe withdrawals of the worst kind!

If you are still having problems, try use OpenDNS instead of your ISP's DNS server(s). You can use it as secundary DNS server too, it's explained on their site how-to. OpenDNS is up 99.999% I have never seen it down in years actually and have used it as my secundary DNS for well over 10 years. It will also protect you from phishing sites and re-direction etc.
