Hi guys i've got a couple of hundred high-qual WW2 aviation photos on my hard drive gathering dust, i've posted many of them around assorted websites over the years, so if you want any perhaps the mods could let me know where exactly to post them at M4T, in this thread or somewhere else? Here are some to show what i mean-

Where copyright is not an issue you could post in the forums and in our gallery where collections can be posted.
Uploading a large number would be a time consuming task for you, but I can upload collections into a folder and add them to the gallery. If you have them arranged in categories we could make several albums for them.

I don't know anything about galleries, folders and albums mate.
How about if you just create a new subforum in General Discussion called "WW2 Aircraft Photos", subdivided into 6 categories (Ger/ USA/ GB/ Russia/ Minor Allies/ Minor Axis) and sticky it.
That way we could all simply post our photos, and also discuss them in there so that it'd be an interesting mix of photos and discussion posts.
For example many original pics are poorly captioned or have no caption at all (like below), so people could talk about them and suggest names and places etc if they want-

I have created the sub forums for you, it is important that copyright is respected when posting material from books/websites and other sources.
Full credit for source should be included with any images posted.

Okay mate, i've been posting pics around the net for 10 years and nobody's ever complained about copyright yet, but if they ever do, i'll delete them. My experience has been that as long as nobody's trying to make money from posting pics, nobody minds.
I own many of the copyrights myself anyway, having bought batches of original pics from Johnny Calvins archive site..:)
PS- depending on the size of your monitors, you may want to hold CTRL and roll your mousewheel (or keys '-' and '=') to enlarge or shrink the pics.

Well I think this thread and PoorOld Spike's other WWII pic threads are Uptight, clean outta sight.
Plus they're Fab, Boss and really Heavy man.
(only those born, like me, right after the Jurassic Age can probably understand all that)

Hey Gamekeeper, I've also got plenty of non-aircraft pics like the one below, do you think members would find them groovy and way out man?
If so, you could create a forum like you did with the aircraft pics and name it WW2 Ground Unit Photos, split into the same nationality categories..:)

PS- if you see any 'Last edited by Poor Old Spike' messages it simply means i'm a perfectionist nut and have gone back to enhance photos or spruce up the text one or more times to get them looking as good as possible.

Have you considered, once you've exhausted your supply, uploading all your pictures into the download section? I know I and surely many others would love to have them all on discs
