how to mod Ultimate_Bf109_Pack_v21. ????

Post Post subject: how to mod Ultimate_Bf109_Pack_v21. ????

I was checking out the SAS web site when i came across a mod download for the bf 109, the mod has many touch ups that make the 109 over all more realistic. The only thing is that i have never done a mod or added a new plane to the game. Can some body explain or give me instructions how to do it by the way i have the 4.09m vesion.
