When ever I make a quick mission with the mistel as my plane, the FW-190 spawns inside the Mistel and explodes. Is there a fix for it or something I could do. In the previous version that wouldn't happen.

You cannot take off with the Mistel so if that was what you were trying, it's a no-can-do.
Here's how to set up the Mistel in an airstart:

Make two waypoints for the FW-190 (Mistel).
Make two waypoints for the Ju-88 (Mistel).
"Set" the 190 waypoints to the Ju-88 waypoints in the same way you would have the 190 escort bombers.
Aim the 190 at your intended target.
Make sure you have "Detach" bound to a key or HOTAS button. The game does not consider it a bomb, it considers it a drop tank. (And what a drop "tank"! Laughing
Detach when the target is centered in your reticle.
Get the heck away before the Ju-88 hits something.

Aiming the Mistel takes practice but even the misses are spectacular!

Beebop, not to argue, but are you saying you cannot make a takeoff mission with the Mistel in MM or that you cannot take off with the Mistel at all?

Using UQMG, I've created and flown Mistel takeoff's. Should I create one and upload it here? I'll go ahead and do that, just so if someone wants to try flying this it'll be a quick download mission.

Well, well. Look who returns to take a shot at his CO.
(just kidding mate).

I thought that takeoffs with a Mistel were not possible. If it can be done please post the mission.
I apologize for misleading ace. I've never had any luck in the FMB getting them to take off.
I'm certain that AI Mistel's can't takeoff. I believe it states that in the .pdf manual.
(umm, we're not talking "m*d" are we?)

BTW, we miss you on Saturday nights mate. Hope you can get your rig up and running soon.

BB, I've uploaded it and it's called SimpleMistel.

I used the UQMG exclusively for this, so I have no actual idea how it was created. The AI however will NOT takeoff, but a player can.

Let me know if you have any problems with it.

Thanks mate. Got you PM too. Great news! Look forward to having you in my sights again. Mr. Green

EDIT: The mission works fine. Is there any way to make it a co-op?
